I’m sitting here at work. Got in bed at 12.30 this morning. Fun night at AWC. Rudy Boy Gonzalez brought his boys in from Texas (Big Dog, Skitzo, Spectre, Hector Navarro and Brett Thunder). Fast show, it was over by 9.30. Good to see Wicked, Thug and Ethan Case. No High Flying Razzle Dazzle though! My camera is still in the repair shop, the parts have been ordered and I should have it back by next week. It was good to just sit and watch the show, ER and I suddenly become wrestling geniuses when we are sitting together at a table, nevermind that neither one of us have any expierence whatsoever. Was John Cena our ref last night?

You may not believe it, but when I am taking pictures I am not really watching the match like I would be if I were just sitting in the stands. I know that sounds strange, because I sometimes have the best seat in the house, but I am usually watching for a shot to get.

Talked with Adam (the wrestler formerly known as Ethan Cage) while he was on the way to HVW. I think I may be up there next Friday night, which will begin a three week stretch for me. Looking forward to seeing all the folks back in Hendersonville.

After the show last night, Thomas, ER, me, Rudy and his guys stopped at Applebee’s (ER’s suggestion) for some supper. I have to admit while we were standing there waiting, I thought I had a celebrity spotting – Fat Joe in the parking lot. I was wrong, it was just some fat kid. So, I say “Hey look, it’s Fat Joe”. It was busy in the restaurant last night and there were people all around us. ER starts ragging on the kid and encourages everyone else to do the same. Unbeknownst to us, the guys friends were sitting right behind us. So Mouthy Cheerleader starts in on Rudy’s guys. Which for her and her wormy boyfriend was pretty ballsy considering that Big Dog looks like a larger version of Butch Reed. Thomas made the comment “this is why lions eat their young”. We did get seated, and the kids got thrown out. So we got a bit of the “stank eye” from them.

I talked to “Miss Hot Shot” Sandy last night. She said they had a great night at ASWA. She said the locker room was full and there was about 80+ fans there. Glad to hear it. I hope it continues to do well for them.

I have been getting some emails and PM’s asking if and when I will be coming back to APW. To answer: Yes and I don’t know. The past couple of months I have been able to see some different promotions and meet new folks (thanks to Thomas, Kirby, TJ and ER). I have been having a really good time, and at this point in time, I feel like I have the opportunity to get out more, so I am merely taking advantage of that. I am getting out of the website business. I would not be in this position if it had not been for guys like Ken and Adam, Chief Jay Eagle, Viper, Shane Austin, Thomas Simpson, etc and I am very appreciative. Right now though I am freeing myself up to do some different things. The sites (APW’s, Eagle’s, and Boomer Payne’s) will still be active, everyone will just need to be a little patient while the switch over is taking place. That should be done by the end of this month.

Just a couple of things…..

I forgot to mention before that Friday night, a couple of friends and I rode on down Hwy 123 to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show in Easley. www.farleyflavors5.com. Always fun!

And below is proof that I was actually in Burlington Saturday night:

This was the first of like five I tried to take.

Off work today, haircut at noon. Going to Spartanburg tomorrow.
