and she drives a truck too…

Photos from Premiere Wrestling Showcase (formerly Carolina Wrestling Association) in Statesville,NC on 16 May are up: http://ringsidephotos.net/pws_51608.htm

Lots of fun this past weekend.  Got to meet Al Snow for the first time, a true gentleman and nice guy.  Also Ritchie Steamboat, son of the legendary Ricky Steamboat was in Sharon,SC on Saturday.  Good to see George South and Jimmy Valiant again!

The turnout at Sharon for the fire department was tremendous…I like the new name, P.W.S. – it removes the location specific reference, which is what’s needed if you are looking to push out online and in DVD…Charlie Dreamer retained the PWS title against Kirby Mack on Friday night…Comm. Ty Dillinger announced that Gluteus Maximus and Patrick Wright were stripped of the CWA tag titles and starting this summer, a tag team tournament would crown new PWS tag champions – the only teams not allowed in the tourney: Team Macktion & The Elite Icons…

Sharon,SC saw Dreamer face EWA Champion George South with Jimmy Valiant as special guest ref…I know some people knock George, but I am entertained everytime I watch his matches…for me it’s great for some wrestlers to see how George and Jimmy did this match…they didn’t break a sweat at all, but the crowd was still rabid the entire time.

The main event was Stoney Hooker facing Caleb Konley in a steel cage for the UltraJ title…fine match, short though…in my opinion this match would have been better suited for Statesville where the fans know the ongoing story of the UltraJ title…The “Weebelo” reappeared with the “Manscout”…if you don’t know who he is you’ll just have to wait until the photos are up…

I have added a couple of shows to the schedule: a PWS and CWF joint show in Gibsonville,NC on 31 May…I’m returning to Champions with Attitude wrestling when they debut in Hendersonville on 28 June-should be a good show, Awesome Kong is going to be there!

-Terri Runnells smells really good…she wears Michael Kors

-Jerry “The King” Lawler is awesome…yes, I’m a fan…

-Hardee’s big chicken sammich is sooo good…

-The photos will be up soon…hopefully by the end of the week…

-After Friday, I have shot nine shows this year and traveled 2221 miles…

-Samoa Joe retained his TNA World Title Friday night against Joey Mercury, James Storm and Jerry Lynn…their brawling went to the top of the bleachers…

-Sort of late, but everyone wish our buddy Eddie Rich (one of the best wrestling announcers around if he would just do a show every once in awhile!) a happy birthday!

-Our friend Deon “WWE’s Barack” Davis shared ringside with us, and we didn’t mind him “invading my tewitorwy!”

-No shows this coming weekend, but will be hitting CWA’s doubleshot weekend “Heat Wave” on 16 & 17 May – in Statesville, NC and Sharon,SC respectively.
